If you find that the product is defective in anyway contact me immediately (within 2 days) so we can arrange return shipping. You will receive a full refund including original shipping & return shipping if the product is returned unused, in original manufacture box (if applicable), with all shipping materials within 7 business days (excludes weekend & federal holidays) of your receiving the package.
In the event your package does not arrive (confirmed by the absence of USPS delivery confirmation) I will refund both product & shipping cost
If your package arrives damaged - product damaged too of course - contact me within 2 business days so we can arrange for the product to be returned. You must return the product unused along with all contents of the packaging within 7 business days (excluding weekends & federal holidays) to receive a full refund including original and return shipping fees.
If you decide you do not like the product you can return it - unused - for store credit equal to the cost of the product excluding shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product in this situation.
